Staff Bios

Larry Balzano - President - Larry started in the family business in 1980. He apprenticed under his father, Felix Balzano. Together they installed draft beer systems everywhere from stadiums and arenas to your neighborhood bsp; Larry has received training from Perlick Corporation and Wunder Bar to become an authorized installer for these manufacturesp; Over the years Larry has provided training to over 25 service technicians in the Denver area. 

Marty Herburger - Draft Technician - Marty started with Anheuser Busch in 1985 as a line cleaner.  He moved to merchandising and found that to be a natural fit.  He continued his 20 year career with Anheuser Busch focusing on sales and marketing.  There isn't an event in Colorado, that was sponsored by Anheuser Busch, that Marty didn't have some role in.  He joined the Centennial team in 2007 and apprenticed under Larry Balzano on installing draft beer systems and is now regarded as an authorized draft beer installer.

Hector Gomez - Draft Technician - Hector has over 20 in the restaurant business in both the front and back of the house operations.  His expertise in the industry allows him to better understand what a customer needs before they know they need it.

Valerie Balzano - Retail Sales - Valerie fills many roles at Centennial one being working in our retail store.  She can help you find the right parts for any draft system you are wanting to have at your residence.

Sean Enostrosa - Retail Sales - Sean is a design innovator for our retail store, for custom towers for commercial accounts and all around technician in all aspects of our business.
